You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or exchange.
Requests received after this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
To ensure a smooth processing experience, returned items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or documentation that arrived with the product.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your DTA Sales order confirmation email) is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, supplements, or juices), personal care items (such as opened beauty/hair cosmetics), and customized or final sale products.

Review: Our support team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and provide instructions, along with a return authorization if eligible.
Package & Ship: Securely package the item in its original box.
Note: Unless the return is due to a quality defect or a fulfillment error on our part, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at 347-336-4149 or via email.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
For verified damaged or defective items, DTA Sales Inc. will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and fast-track a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Inspection: Once your return package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method.
Timeline: Financial institutions typically take 5 to 10 business days to post a refund back to your account once it is processed by our encrypted payment gateway.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout. Because we emphasize reliable fulfillment and swift shipping, we can only cancel and fully refund orders before they enter the processing and packaging stage at our fulfillment center. Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it must be handled as a standard return.
