Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
High-Volume Periods: During peak seasonal events, holiday rushes, or viral product rollouts, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
Please Note: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent automatically as soon as your order has been handed off to the carrier.
DTA Sales Inc. partners with leading domestic carriers (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS) to offer reliable tracking and swift shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are accurate for the vast majority of shipments. However, delivery timelines are not strictly guaranteed as external factors like severe weather or transit delays can occasionally occur.
We believe in maintaining complete visibility throughout the fulfillment lifecycle:
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
You can use this number on our official tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We support shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via select standard carriers; however, expedited options may not be available for these locations.
Address Verification: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We cannot modify shipping destinations once a package has been dispatched to the carrier. DTA Sales Inc. is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DTA Sales Inc. prioritizes strict quality control to minimize issues, but we remain fully responsive if problems arise in transit:
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue.
Lost or Missing Shipments: If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier depot first. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
